You can use every exercise without an account. When you do, everything you write is stored in your browser on this device only. It is not uploaded to us and we cannot read it.

Clearing your browser data removes it permanently.

If you create an account, we store your email address and the entries, goals, routines, saved articles and completion records you choose to save.

Your entries are private to you. They are not shared with coaches, teams, clubs or any third party, and we do not sell data.

You can delete individual entries at any time from your profile. To delete your account and everything in it, contact us and we will remove it.
