Consistency Beats Motivation
Motivation changes. Build a workout system that keeps you moving when energy, time, or excitement drops.
Motivation shows up for the season opener and skips the sixth week of conditioning. A system doesn't care how you feel.
Make it boring on purpose: same time, same place, same first three minutes. Remove the decisions.
Set a floor version of every session — the ten-minute one you do on the worst day. Streaks survive on floors, not on peaks.
