When Confidence Is Low

Build confidence from preparation and evidence instead of waiting to feel ready.

Confidence is a conclusion your brain draws from evidence — reps completed, situations survived, promises to yourself kept. It is not a mood you wait for.

On a low day, read facts rather than feelings: what you prepared, what you have already handled, what you did well this week.

Keep the standard behavioural: show up, complete the work, compete at the process layer. Feelings follow.
