Having Courage
Normalizing anxiety, fear, and uncertainty — and taking action anyway.
Anxiety, fear, and uncertainty are not signs that you are broken or unprepared. They are the body's response to something that matters. Every athlete who has ever competed under pressure has felt them.
Courage is not the absence of fear. It is taking action while fear is still present. Winners do not wait to feel ready. They move, and readiness follows.
When you feel the tension, name it as energy you can use. The question is not whether you will feel afraid. The question is whether you will let fear make the decision for you.
Take one small action in the direction of the thing you want. The first step is usually the hardest, and it is the one that separates those who try from those who wait.
