Finding the Zone
Learn the Inverted-U Theory and why every athlete has a different performance zone.

Performance rises with activation — up to a point. Past that point it falls off. That curve is the Inverted-U, and the top of it is your zone.
The zone is personal and situational. A power lifter's ideal energy is not a goalkeeper's, and yours on a Tuesday is not yours in a final.
Learn your own markers: breathing, hands, speed of thought, how much noise you notice. Name what 'too high' and 'too flat' actually feel like for you.
Then use levers deliberately. Longer exhale to come down. Shorter exhale and movement to come up.
